HIIT Workout Challenge: DOUBLE DOG DARE

Short on time? High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a phenomenal way to get your workout done. Combining strength training with plyometric power helps you burn more calories and engage both slow and fast twitch muscle fibers.

Power up with as much weight as you can move with good form on your lift movements, and then go for broke on each set of plyometric movements in between.
