Return and Exchange Policy Information

Eligibility & General Policy

  • Items purchased directly from sav-tac.com (excluding underwear, sale items, Vault Sale items, and Limited Merch) are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the fulfillment date.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, smoke, and deodorant marks, and must be returned in new condition with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • Items showing any signs of use, including being worn, washed, altered, or removed from their original condition, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Holiday Extended Return Window

  • Purchases made between November 15 and January 15 will have an extended return/exchange window of 60 days from the date of purchase.

Final Sale Items

  • All underwear sales are final for hygiene reasons. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.
  • All sale items, Vault Sale items, and Limited Merch are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

  • We offer FREE exchanges for size or product swaps (limited to 1 exchange per order).
  • Please ship back your original item within 30 days to avoid additional charges.
  • New exchange orders will ship out once the previous item has been placed into shipment using the label provided.

Returns for Refund

  • Returns for a refund will have the return shipping cost deducted from the refund total.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are directly paid to the shipping carrier.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will work quickly to correct the issue and provide you with an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
  • We offer a 30 day product warranty on every item purchased.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 1 weeks from the time your return or exchange is received for processing. Processing times vary depending on return volume.

Store Credit

  • Store credits will be issued via a digital code, sent to the email associated with your order.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Third-Party Purchases

  • We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from sav-tac.com.
  • If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly to initiate a return or exchange.
