EXCHANGES - All exchanges are FREE using our automated returns platform - please initiate your exchange within 30 days from ship date.

BRIEFS are ineligible for exchanges at this time due to hygiene reasons.

RETURNS - We offer the ability to return any of our items as long as they are in like new condition: unworn, unwashed, free of perfume/cologne/smoke, no pet hair, does not have deordorant marks and all stickers/tags still attached. Returns can be initiated within 30 days of ship date and cost of return shipping is deducted from final refund.

Great coffee and tumbler

The coffee is excellent quality and I have to hide the tumbler so it doesn't get lifted. Everyone around me loves it.

No tumbler

Never received the free tumbler. False advertisement

Drew, Just saw your review. You didn't get the tumbler because you never added it to your order. On the coffee bundle page in the description section it explains that you must add the tumbler to your cart with the coffee bundle in order to get it for free. It has to be done like that for our system to adjust and give it to you for free.
