Horrible Customer Service!!!!

I paid almost $100.00 for overnight shipping and received the shorts almost a week later missing them for the event I had purchased them for! I myself as a vet have bought several items from y'all even recommended your company to my other vet and gym friends but I will make sure to let them know and on other social media sites as well.

Jonathan, First off we appreciate you being a customer and letting others know of the brand. Also sucks to hear you were not able to wear the goods for the event you purchased them for. I just want to lay everything out here in the open so others can track.... You ordered from us on April 10th at 10:56 pm. We shipped your order on April 11th at 9:12 am handing it off to UPS. Your tracking details show an update that same eveing from UPS stating 'Weather May Cause Delay'. The next day UPS updated the tracking with 'Delivery Rescheduled for Saturday'...... Again we appreciate your continued support and if you chose to not shop with us or tell you other vet and gym friends to not buy from us becuase we executed effeicenty and timely but UPS was delayed becuase of bad weather and its out fault... well brother you have every right to do that. But I hop that wont be the case.
