Do you offer free shipping?
So where most companies offer a 15-20% discount, we offer 25% to account for the shipping cost.
When do I get my Club Savage package?
Sign up before the 28th and you will receive your Club Savage package by the 15th of the following month.
When will I be billed every month?
The day you sign up will be the day you're charged every month.
How do I cancel or change my shipping/billing address?
Just log into your Savage Tacticians customer account and manage your subscription there. You can cancel and update your shipping/billing.
How do I update my tee size?
Log into your Savage Tacticians customer account then click on "Manage my membership". Here you can change your tee size and any other membership related info.
Can I use other discount codes along with my membership discount?
No. If you have a specific code you're wanting to use, you must sign out of your customer account first then apply the code at checkout.
Can I exchange my monthly tee?
No refunds or exchanges. If a product is damaged upon receiving please email us photos to CustomerService@Sav-Tac.com and someone will assist you.
Can international customers join?
Currently Club Savage is only available to US customers. We a plan to open this up to international customer in 2024.
Do you offer mens and womens?
Right now we only offer men sizing.
