SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping and delivery timelines for Savage Tacticians orders will vary. Orders on average pack and ship out between in 1-3 business days (this can vary during the holiday season) and will arrive, on average, in 2-4 days. Orders placed on late Fri-Sun may see longer ship times as the orders will be prepared the following week. You may receive your order sooner or later depending on order processing factors and, in the case of standard shipping, transit timelines.

 

Shipping Insurance - Lost/Stolen/Damaged

  • Orders that have purchased the optional shipping insurance are covered for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. You must wait until 7 days after your last tracking update to be eligible to file a claim with LEVEL 4 SHIPPING PROTECTION 
  • Claim eligibility deadlines are as follows: within 15 days of package marked delivered for DAMAGED or STOLEN, 30 days from last tracking update for LOST items.
  • Savage Tacticians along with LEVEL 4 SHIPPING PROTECTION is not responsible for any packages in which the customer input the wrong address at time of their order.

  • Delivered - but not received: customers must report within 30 days non-receipt of items marked as delivered for orders covered by Level 4 shipping protection. Uninsured orders will be not be covered for replacement or refund if the order is showing delivered by the postal courier to the provided address at time of checkout.

Returns/Exchanges

**HOLIDAY returns/exchanges have been extended to 60 days from date of purchase from Nov 7-Jan 1, 2024.

  • For hygiene reasons, all UNDERWEAR sales are final. Due to the nature of these products we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on these products.
  • Items purchased (excluding underwear and items on sale) from Savage Tacticians may be returned for a store credit or refund back to the method used to pay.  All return requests must submitted within 30 days from fulfillment. Each item must be unworn as well as unwashed, free of pet hair and smoke.
  • If an item is somehow defective, the customer has 30 days from the day of delivery to contact customer service to report the defect and our team will quickly assist you.
  • We offer FREE exchanges if you need to switch out your products limited to only 1 exchange request per order, however any RETURNS for refunds - the return shipping is deducted from the final refund amount (we also don't refund the initial shipping cost as that's an expense incurred directly by the shipping couriers)
  • If your item is defective or wrong item sent, we urge you to use our instant exchange feature to quickly get your item exchanged and you have up to 30 days to ship back the previous item.
  • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.
  • We are not able to accept returns for Savage Tacticians products not purchased directly through our website for any reason. We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from.
  • All items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged directly through Savage Tacticians. Outside retailers will not accept products that were not purchased at their location.
  • Purchases are final on all Sale items, Vault Sale Items, and Limited Merch and not eligible for return or exchange. 

(Mis-packed order

  • If your item received is wrong or does not match what you purchased, we urge you to use our instant exchange feature to quickly get your item exchanged and you have up to 30 days to ship back the previous item. Military
  •  We ship to all military addresses including APO,FPO,DPO addresses.

Domestic orders/shipping

  • Orders on average are packaged to ship 1-3 business days after order received. Your shipping estimated time of arrival does not begin until it’s been handed off to the courier (USPS, UPS, DHL).
  • Shipping Estimates of 2-3 day shipping or next day air begin once it’s been handed off to the courier.
  • Orders are generally received within 7 business days after date of fulfillment.
  • Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service or any upcoming big sale.
  • Free shipping is offered to US orders only when the order value threshold has been met. Military shipping addresses are considered US orders.

International orders/shipping

  • Due to the United Kingdom requiring companies outside the UK to be responsible for the duties and taxes, we have chosen to no longer ship to the UK.
  • We currently only use DHL for international shipping.
  • Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. These are calculated at checkout.
  • International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.
  • Orders are generally received within 10-12 business days but may take longer depending on individual shipping carriers
  • Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service.
  • Free shipping is not offered to orders being shipped outside the US.
