RETURNS - We offer the ability to return any of our items as long as they are in like new condition: unworn, unwashed, free of perfume/cologne/smoke, no pet hair, does not have deordorant marks and all stickers/tags still attached. Returns can be initiated within 30 days of ship date and cost of return shipping is deducted from final refund.

The banner looked like it had been folded while it was still wet from silk screening and some of the gold transferred to places where it shouldn't be. I support savage tacticians so I wasn't going to make a stink about a return on the product, but I was nonetheless a little disappointed.
