What's your holiday fulfillment timeline?
While we normally pack and ship orders within 2 business days our holiday timelines can extend out up to 5-7 business days after Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
We anticipate having all holiday orders in mailboxes plenty ahead of Christmas.
What's the last day to order to get in time for Christmas?
We recommend getting your order submitted by Dec 14th in order to ensure amply fulfillment and shipping time for your Christmas orders.
How can I track my order?
We immediately send tracking information via email as soon as your order is prepared for shipment. You are not required to download the shop app.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't offer gift wrapping services at this time.
Holiday Returns/Exchanges
How long do we have to return/exchange items purchased for the holidays?
We've extended out our return/exchange policy to all orders from Nov 14, 2023 to Dec 31, 2023 to 60 days from your delivery date.
Returns and exchanges must be submitted through our returns portal
Do you offer gift exchanges?
If you purchased an item as a gift, please have the person reach out to our support team at customerservice@sav-tac.com for additional help with gift exchanges.
We don't offer returns at this time for gifted items - only exchanges or store credit.
